Mixed vegetables such as cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, string beans, peas potatoes cooked in a biryani masala that includes nutmeg, pepper, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, coriander, mint leaves, yogurt, ginger, onions and garlic.
